I finished up the toolbox this morning. Most of the rivets were great. I didn't have a rivet gauge so they are all by eye. I wuoldn't do that on an actual aircraft part, but is good enough for the toolbox. I have one or two rivets that I will practice drilling out later so that I can get them perfect. It will be a good skill builder later on! Overall I learned that I need a little more work on dimpling, and that a bucking bar will scratch the beejezus out of aluminum if you aren't careful. Well worth the $35 or so for the project. I have started reading the plans for the next practice project and they look significantly more complicated. I hope to get started on it in a couple of weeks.
