Today we divided into some smaller subgroups to work on the fiberglass fuselage tanks and the winglockers.
Matt and Bruce fit the wing locker doors, bottoms, and theright outer side to the wings. The hinges and doublers were clecoed in place and right/ left side pieces were identified. Eric recommended we use another doubler on the back of the wood locker door (if we retain the doors being made from wood) and will bring two pieces of raw stock .75" x 16" x .020" for the next session. The holes for the pop rivets will need to be match drilled in the doublers too. It appears the doors will need to be trimmed to fit. When we considered how the fabric covering will wrap around the edges, we may be better off fabricating new locker doors out of aluminum (.025?) sheet.
