Expand the holes for the Nut Plates in the Bottom Skin around the access hole to 1⁄4”. Use the Screw to position the Nut Plate to drill the rivet holes in the Bottom Skin. Back drill through the Nut Plate into the Bottom Skin with a #40 drill bit. Deburr the holes, Cleco the Nut Plates on the inside of the Skin and rivet with A3 rivets.
Disassemble the Bottom Skin and stiffeners, deburr, and rivet the stiffeners and Longerons to the Bottom Skins.
