Brief Description: Trimmed Nose Skins, started re-install

Took Elevator nose skins to TA's hangar and he and I trimmed them with his metal sheer. Back at our hangar I cleaned up the elevator getting rid of what was left of the old rivets. Then I clecoed the skins back onto the elevator, and rivited the bottom of the left hand skin.
