Finish-sanded and cleaned all parts. Countersunk holes in HS-810/814s, and dimpled corresponding holes in channels. Primed all parts. Riveted channels and angles together. Shop heads of 4 flush rivets came out OK, but could be better. I might drill out and replace one.
