Brief Description: Aileron brackets

Clecoed and driled the W-413 and W-414 aileron brackets to the aft spar. I used the Scotchbrite wheel to radius one edge of the inboard bracket to match the curve of the flange -- this will allow the bracket to lie flat on the spar.
