Brief Description: Rewiring nav light

Removed LED power pucks from tip rib and replaced with 8-ohm, 20W wirewound resistors clamped in place with Adel clamps. (Several forum discusssions have pointed out that the PowerPuck transformers can cause a lot of noise in comm radios.)

Resistor mounted on left wingtip rib.
