I painted the avionics access door again, but I'l be darned if there aren't still nicks and variations in the finish quality due to the sanding I did previously along the forward top edge -- right where it willl be seen the most. I thought the primer would hide the marks, but it didn't. I simply cannot live with the door looking like that, so I'll have to strip it and paint it again -- after I sand the heck out of it, of course.
