Basic wing construction, though very time-consuming, was a relatively smooth process. Most of the complications arise when adding systems and controls to the wing. Particularly frustrating events occur when plans don't fit for steps must be taken out of order and sometimes redone.Ahh, but as in image three, it's a thing of beauty when it's finally finished.
The hours included here include everything necessary to build the wings, flaps, wingtips, and ailerons themselves, install tubing and wiring; essentially, everything up to the point of assembling the wing on the fuselage.
