MTS the shippers who brought us our engine came to chekout the damage to the engine, the box and crate. We completed the claim form and made copies and gave it to Ron, the same guy who delivered the engine to us. He said his boss could not make it up to Seely Lake today so he sent Ron. Ron took many pictures and we explained to him what we know of the shipping process which he did not know.
Mark Pringle, our Rans Dealer who we bought the engine from returned our call. He is in Hawaii. He said most of the work to get a new engine is going to be handled through Bryan Toelpher the CPS contact we have in Corona, CA.
