Today we started the Ailerons. We prepped them some more as we did not have all the sharp edges properly covered. Made up all the patches, hinge plates and exit rings for the Ailerons and Flaps. Put the Bottom covers/panels onto each control surface. Each Aileron is identical, both left and right and top and bottom.
Got the flaps down and will start prepping them some more when we have breaks in the Ailerons, tomorrow.
We will run out of our first quart of the Stewart Glue. Seems like it went a long way to go. Since we got the Rudder, Stabilizers, Elevator, doors and Ailerons all finished on just one quart. We have a Gallon of Stewart Glue left to do the Wings and Fuselage. I am sure it will go fast.
