Started painting the Rudder and 2 horizontal stabilizers. They had been primed already. Put 4 very light coats of paint on. waited about 10 minutes between coats let the paint get tacky.
We are using the Stewart System for paint. It is a waterborne paint. We are mixing 48 Grams of paint to 18 grams each of Catalyst and distilled water. Once the paint and catalyst are mixed we have one hour to use the paint.
We are using a friend's small Finex Spray gun with a 1.0 tip. These pictures are of the Elevators. Erik is threatening me if I don't get to work with the spray gun. Court evidence!
