Brief Description: Rib Stringer installation

Both Wings---- Slid Both Out board Stringers into the wing from the outboard side and cleco'd to up-er and lower Tabs on Ribs #3 thru #11. Riveted inboard Rib Stringers to upper and lower tabs of Ribs #2 and #3. Modified inboard Stringers to fit. Modified Tip Rib Stringer per figure 05C-18. Cleco'd in place Riveted Upper and Lower stringers to Ribs. Riveted all ribs (#2 to Tip) to spars and/or clips Text 05C-05--- #44. Glue Scupper and Capture Ring to Underside of Upper Root Skin. Cleco'd Cover Ring in place.
