Troubleshooting the Master switch, wiring to the solenoid and the solenoid.
After all this time basically decided our problem was in the wiring from the switch to the soenoid.
The problem is that occasionally when we switch the Master on, nothing happens. But sometimes if we wait for a minute or so the system does come on. We purchased a new Master Switch and a new Solenoid but the problem remains.
