Drilled out all the Receptacles for the Nut plates and rivets on the lower cowling and Boot Cowl.
Started cutting the the lower cowling opening for the Radiator. Once again on and off with the cowling. Had to modify the plenom for the radiator by cutting off about 3/8" of the metal so the cowling would fit better. Probably had to cut up to 4.5" off the cowling on the bottom to ensure the opening was big enough so the radiator and the cowling did not rub on each other.
