Brief Description: Continued fitting the cowling

Continued fitting the cowling. Lots more filing / sanding. On and off, on and off, on and off. Drilled out all the holes for 1/4 turn receptacles. Cleco'd them onto the boot cowl and lower cowling about ready to rivet the receptacles on.
