Cabin interior was filled, sanded several times in March. The final prepared surface was primed with Ekopoxy and then painted with Jetflex WR. When the temperature increased in early summer blisters started to appear in the paint and the paint could easily be peeled away. Apparently moisture was trapped between the layers.
The paint, primer and filler had to be completely stripped from the cabin interior. This was probably about 10-12 hours of work just to get back to a bare cabin.
At this point the cabin was masked and sprayed with Evercoat Superbuild 4:1. It t was sanded the next day. This was repeated two more times until it was almost completely smooth. Some remaining spots were filled with body filler. To make sure it was completely dry it was left sitting for several weeks.
