Brief Description: Right Door Trim, Install on Hinges
Trimmed door to fit fuselage. Gradually cut around edge. Supported with tabs matched to fore and aft alignment holes. Adjust alignment down 1/8" to account for thickness of door. Sanded interior cabin cover lip for door clearance. Beveled door edges slightly to nest door into frame. Aligned and installed hinges. Cut window flange to final size. Further trimming to eliminate any interference with cabin structure.
