Brief Description: Rudder part prep and skeleton assembly
Final drill rudder bottom rib. Finish rudder horn, final drill nut plate holes, machine countersink rivet holes. Assemble bottom rib with horn and final drill. Assemble horn assembly with spar and striker plates, final drill. Machine countersink striker plates. Cleco shear clips with stiffeners and final drill. Cleco shear clips, stiffeners and reinforcement plates to spar, final drill to spar. Cleco top rib and counterbalance rib to spar, final drill. Deburr rudder skins.
