Brief Description: Fabricate the F-601Z Aux Fuel Pump Doubler
Fabricated the F-601Z Aux Fuel Pump Firewall Doubler. Began by cutting .063 2024-T3 Alclad sheet to final dimension. I then layed out lines on the plate according to the dimensions called out on the drawing. Using a spring loaded punch, I punched the hole center locations on the part. I drilled the two platenut center holes to 1/4" and all other holes to 3/32"
I still have to use the K-1000-4 platenut as a drill guide for the two platenut mounting holes.
