Brief Description:  Elevator Assembly Part 2

I riveted the left elevator rear spar to the left bottom skin using the special bucking bar I purchased from Cleaveland Tools and AN426AD3-3.5 flush rivets. I set the air compressor to about 23 lbs psi for the rivet gun.

I repeated the process for the right elevator rear spar and the right top skin.

I riveted the E-1008A and E-1008B ribs together using LP4-3 blind rivets and my pop rivet squeezer. It was a tight fit to get the pop rivet tool inbetween the skins, but it was manageable. This was done for both the left and right elevators.

I riveted the E-01410 trim access reinforcement doubler and E-01411 reinforcement doubler brace to the E-1008B rib using LP4-3 rivets.
