Brief Description:  OAT sensors, CHT sensors, riveting

Had a pretty good day again although it was another one of doing more thinking than physical work. Located teh position I wanted to install the OAT sensors, marked, drilled and deburred the holes. Installed OAT sensors and fished wires throught the conduit in the bottom of the fuselage and exited them in the area where the ADAHRS is going to be. Decided I needed to finish up some riveting I've been putting off. Had to remove the instrument panel, EMS, and transponders because I was riveting the 721's to the longerons and the 7105 subpanel and I didn't want to expose them to the riveting. Riveted on the 721's. However, I could not figure out how to rivet the three rivets at the aft most part of the 721's, the last one on top and the two on the side because of the extreme tight space that I couldn't get a bucking bar. So I decided to blind rivet those. Drilled the holes to #40 and countersunk to to accept the blind rivets and set the rivets. Looks okay but not like a solid rivet. Reinstalled the panel and the modules and began to route wires from the EMS forward to the engine compartment. Ran the CHT and EGT wires first and then the multitude of wires from the DB37 connector. Separated the enigne bay wires from the others and pulled back the ones for other things in the fuselage like fuel sensor, pitot, etc. Installed the CHT sensors using Loctite. Next up are the EGT senors. Have to order the fitting for manifold pressure.
