Did final taping of areas to be glued. Cleaned surfaces with Sika Cleaner. Placed frame onto plexi and lined everything up as accurately as I could. Placed rubber spacers between frame and plexi at points where clamps were placed. Got all clamps in place and began applying glue. Used Sika 295 glue and applied fairly heavily. Used 2 full tubes of glue and a small portion of a third. Used my finger and tried to get fillets as smooth and possible. After glue set for about 30 minutes I peeled off 1 layer of tape to make a nice outside edge to the plexi and the fillets. I hope everything turns out alright, I'd hate to do all this again.
