Sanded all edges of the canopy and windscreen which I didn't do last weekend. Took a long time. The cuts I made weren't as straight as I thought. Used a belt sander with 120 grit to even things off. Then used the scraper I bought from Avery to round edges and then finally hand sanded with 220 grit sand paper. Trial fit canopy on fuselage. Didn't trim enough off the back last weekend for it to sit down on the frame. Removed canopy and frame. Marked new lines to trim at back and along the sides. Back line 1" from center of reqar bow. Marked sides at the lower edge of the side bows. Took outside and made cuts. Temperature 100 today. Trial fit canopy on fuselage. Looks pretty good overall. Will quit for the day and sand the edges tomorrow or next weekend.
