Purchased pitot-static kit from SafeAir1. Located static ports on side of fuselage and drilled .250 inch hole. Marked port for three rivets and drilled. Placed on fuselage and through drilled for rivets. Deburred and dimpled skin. Riveted on static ports. Planned layoutof lines from static port and fabricated a small bracket to hold T. Decided to not install lines until after fuselage skins and longerons are riveted on. Attempted to rivet plate for elevator servo with poor results, need help to finish. Returned to working on items for preparation of forward skins to be riveted on. Had to revisit F904A and dimple flange at bottom as well as prepare the outboard five rivet holes to be double flush. Also worked on front row of F970 where I dimpled instead of machine countersinking like I should have by grinding flat the back end of the dimple. Should be fine as there is plenty of metal left.
