Brief Description:  Air scoop and FAB, tubing to heater from engine

Had to trim the air scoop on the lower cowl to remove excess fiberglass that was applied a couple weeks ago when strengthening the scoop. Put the cowl on and off probably 10 times measuring the proper gap to the Filtered Air Box intake. Finally got it to the 1/4" recommended. Then cut to length and riveted on the seal material on the front of the FAB. That was kinid of a pain.

Installed scat tubing from the back of the engine baffle to the right side exhaust shroud and then from the shroud to the heater box. I hate working with this tubing. The wire inside keeps popping out and coming unglued from the fabric. Grrr.

Re-routed the gas line from the gascolator to the fuel pump because of a conflict with the heater tubing. Removed a 45 degree fitting from the gascolator and replaced with a 90 degree fitting and re-attached the gas line. Looks pretty good now.
