Riveted all pieces of the carb heat system together. Works pretty good with a good fit. Begn work on Filter Bypass air system. After locating spot for opening used the fly cutter VERY CAREFULLY to cut the hole in the air box. VA-192A air inlet plate fits perfectly! Drilled holes for plate and bent tab up as indicated in the drawing. The VA-192B door seemed to need trimming so did that until it slide into the VA-192A. Doe not fit well. Realized I bent the tab in too close and re-did it a little further out. Now the door does not have enough material for my comfort to be held in place under the tab. So, I reorder both parts and quit for the day.
