Spent most of the day chasing down the flap issue in which the only direction the motor seemed to run was up. Traced all wires to the PDU and Display and realized after a couple hours that the flap motor was wired incorrectly. I had one wire going to the ground block and the other going to both the power inputs on the PDU. Now that I see it I really don't understand what I was thinking, it should have been obvious to me at the initial wiring that I had ti wrong. Oh well. Spent most of the rest of the time today fixng that wiring. Once re-wired I tested it and the flaps now work as they are supposed to.
Scewed on the panel to the supports. The center rib needed trimming to get the screw in. I then began fitting the air vent to the right side and had to grind away some of the panel at the corner to get the large vents I bought from Stein to fit. Didn't finish installing today.
