Fabricated Aluminum plate. Shaped pulley holes in gear bulkhead. Drilled and mounted aluminum plate. Fitted pulley holders and aluminum angle. Mounted aluminum angle into its proper position a little off the floor so that the vertical sides of the aluminum plate and aluminum angle would be parallel. Secured aluminum angle to floor with thick mixture of structural adhesive and flox as well as 2 pop rivets.
