Cut foam for angled bulkhead construction. Temporarily glued in bulkhead and microglassed foam and made fillets for all the angles on both pilot and pax side. Cut Triax as per schedule in 6.7.4. Pre wet triax for Pax side on plastic. Made all lay ups on Pax side for reinforcing gear bulkhead/firewall/spar. Used heat gun to increase pliability and insure good contact. Peel plied afterwards.
