Brief Description: Nose gear washers, Cowl nut plates
Fabricated forward nose hatch latch from angle aluminum, pop rivets, and structural epoxy. Hatch is held down with a clevis pin. Found the operation to be unsatisfactory due to too much play in clevis pin. Will reconfigure to 2 hold down screws at a later date.
Cleaned and lubed nose gear washers.
Installed many many nut plates on cowling until I ran out of 3/32 pop rivets.
