Balanced ailerons attaining a "bottom level" when suspended by hinges. Had to add about 9 0z. of weights to each one. Used wheel balancing "stick on" weights purchased from automotive store. Stucks weights over steel rod on inboard end. Filled weights with micro and covered with 1 bid and peel ply.
Treated strake ends and access hole with 1 bid and micro
