Reinstalled canard. Connected all connections except radio antenae. Made sure all switches were off and pulled all CB's. Hooked up positive battery terminal. No smoke. Started powering up aircraft one system at a time. No smoke. Everything seems to be working normally except engine preoiler. The preoiler seems to be moving oil and pressurizing the system. Registered a maximum of 8 PSI on EIS. However, multiple attempts of running the pump resulted in tripping the CB after about 1 minute run time. The panel currently has a 5 amp CB. This could be the problem. At any rate, it is a thrill to get the panel lighted up!
