Ground away some fiberglass and aluminum material on the bottom sides of the copilot's seat back to get better alignment and operation of the seat hinging mechanism. The seat folds forward very nicely now after getting the 2 parts of the hinge lined up with grinding and the use of some washers. Installed both seats in airplane to help determine positions of overhead plenum lights and vents.
