Brief Description: Determine Hub lenght for Aero Composite prop
Used a spinner jig to determine where the cowl would be cut off to match the Aerocomposite spinner. I determined that the distance from the aft side of prop flange to cowl opening would be 2 7/16 inches. I relayed this number (2.43 in) to Aerocomposits so that they could machine the custom made hub to the proper length. I cut off the cowling flanges and opened the wing hole. I decided that final fitting of the cowlings should best be done after the prop is installed.
