Filed and sanded glareshield to fit. Bent glareshield using heat gun and weights to conform to shape of top of panel. Could not get glareshield to set properly, so I decided to build "slot" along the bottom of the windscreen where glareshield would fit into. Used 3/8 inch divinicel as a spacer and. Attached the divinecel to the windscreen with masking tape then hot glue over the masking tape. After forming a nice radius under divinicel with micro, I wrapped it in 3 bid.
