Dry fitted pilot strake cover onto strake. Used a support in wing tip to match up strake with wing. Installed strake cover using same method as Copilot strake. Today went a lot faster (learning curve). Pilot strake was a much better fit. Almost perfect.
Spent rest of day fixing copilot strake cover. Had to add material to the trailing and wing tip edges using 5 bid and some foam to match contour of wingtip.
