Finished install fuel sender bracket. Added 10-32 nuts to back of bracket for a deeper threaded receptical. Filled middle of bracket with flox. Filled microed outer side of bracket to fuselage wall in a fine taper. 2 bid glass over entire assembly. Prepared window for micro border by adding 2 layer deep duct tape around border. Then, filled cavity around plexiglass with micro and tapered micro from glass to top of strake.
Closed 2 forward mouseholes in the bottom of the long baffle. Left the two open back by the gear well. This will serve to trap fuel in the area between the long baffle and fuselage bulkhead (where the fuel pickup is) during a low fuel state with a nose low attitude. Slightly enlarged he mouse hole back by the gear well to ensure sufficient migration of fuel.
