Repositioned gear legs slightly so that they would match the socket notches provided by the factory in the fast build process. In order to do this, I repositioned the steel insert inside the legs and retrimmed the gear leg holes. The top of the gear legs lined up quite nicely when this was done. I also insured that the aluminum bushings protruded slightly inward toward the gear legs. When all that was done, I used structural adhesive and flox to permanently install the aluminum bushings and steel insert.
