Brief Description:  Fabricated tool for propeller pitch measures

Copied picture from VAF website and fabricated a tool to use with the electronic level to measure propeller pitch.

Removed spinner and checked torque on the propeller bolts. All were fine. Propeller blades were within 0.1 degrees of each other.
