Installed wings and match drilled torque tubes with Spencer's help. Removed wings and torque tubes and arms. Began match drilled the torque arms with the drill press and #12 drill bit.
When wings were on plane, tested the lights. All worked expect the main light did not pulse in the pulse mode. Will fix later.
