Brief Description: Match drilled outboard attach wear plates
Match drilled the outboard wearplates today to the center channel. Overall went very well. Then used the drill press to countersink the steel wearplate for the AN509 screws. That took some time but overall I am pleased with the results.
Deburred and primed all the parts.
However, I noticed that one of the four AN509 screws was threadless. Sent note to Van's to hopefull get it quickly replaced.
