Completed installation of oil door. Needed to do some sanding of the cowl and also the top edge of the door itself in order to get it to open smoothly without rubbing on the cowl itself. Probably installed it slightly higher up on the cowl than it was suppose to but in the end it looks great and opens very well.
Painted the inside surface with the red engine enamal yesterday to match some of the inside parts in the engine compartment.
