Brief Description: Added nutplates to Panel Flange
Added Nutplates to the six positions on the Panel Base aft flange that I got feedback from Van's today that needed to be done. Proceeded to explore other disconnects between the plans I am using and what needs to be done on the fuselage for Skyview. Will address in separate log entry.
Also tapped many of the nutplates around the fuselage.
