Very productive day working on the the 3/8" fuel lines. Installed the fuel value into the fuselage and fabricated all the related lines. Forgot to install the nut onto the line from the pump to the valve before I flared the end, so it needed to be removed. However, I manage to make two other small pieces from that mistake so not all was lost. Had ordered additional tubing from Spruce so I had plenty available to make the line properly.
Also installed all the fittings to the gascolator and installed it as well. Did my best to install safety wire to the screws holding the collection bowl. Reasonably pleased with the results. The lines all fit very snug. I'll wait and apply the thread sealant to all the remaining fittings after I finish fabricating the return line next.
