Brief Description: Began lighting kit installation for right wing
Deburred and removed the vinyl from W-1203-R skin and attached to right wing frame. Then begain working on the landing light installation. Used template to identify rivet holes and cutout outline. Then used dremel tool to cut out the opening. Needed to rotate the wing several times, Took a fair amount of time to file and sand it, but in the end it looks great.
Then worked on fitting, cutting and filing the lens. Again, took some time but I'm pleased with the work product. Dimpled the screw holes but called it a day at that point.
