Brief Description: Completed riveting ribs to Left Wing
Finished attaching left rear spar assembly and all nose ribs to left spar. Also riveted the left stub spar assembly to the nose ribs. Spencer helped for a little while as well.
For the most part, riviting the nose ribs was not too difficult. Did get a little tight near the wing root where the ribs are much closer spaced together. Used LP-4-3 rivets on a few aft flanges instead of the LP-4-4 that the plans mentioned on a side note. Would have been better if that point was more clearly described in the plans. The slightly shorter rivets seem well secured on the spar so I am going to leave them.
Inserted the snap bushings to the nose ribs and will begin working on the stall warning on the left wing next and will leave the right wing for later. Need to also read up on what part of the lighting kit I need to work on before closing up the wing skins.
