Brief Description:  Began preparing stabilizer spar parts

Decided to do as much as I can on the stabilizer parts I have and hope that the missing spar gets here soon. Vans says it was being shipped today. We'll see.

Deburred and began drilling / countersinking the various pieces. Actually had a pretty good night and made good progress. Was a little unsure of the CS4-4 rivets that need to be machine countersinked. I ended up testing the countersink cutter on some scrap before attempting this on the spar. Could not find anything in the plans recommending which cutter, but I found the #30, 120 degree cutter seemed to be the best one to use for the CS4-4 rivet - which is really just a pull rivet with a flush head.

I will probably have a least another evening of activity before I am held back due to the missing spar, but between priming and preping the ribs etc..., I should be already. Worst case, I can jump ahead and begin preping the tailcone to stay on track.

Really beginning to consider when I should order the wing kit. It still has an 8 week lead time and if I stay on track, I might very well be close to the last 8 weeks on this tail kit. Probably will time the kit to arrive just after Oshkosh this year.
