This is the interior I started for the plane. I used a used beer sign and then covered it with replacement carpet from Wally World. I used 3M #80 spray for headliners and cut about 1/4 inch wide and then when the carpet was covering the piece it just wedges in the hole. The Dynamat is about 20 LBs to the weight but the carpet is about 3 lbs total. It came together very well and I still have the forward floor to do and I will use the same process. For the money it looks better than I expected and the sound deadening is very good with the Dynamat. Finish Kit will be here on Saturday so I have to clean the garage to make room for that and then I will be back at it.
