I drilled the counterweight pipe to #40 first and then to #30. Worked great. The outer pipe that you see in the last pic had a tricky hole for a rivet that you had to use a 24" bit to get to. Not really but all I had was a 12" and it worked great. Had to go through the rear spar and lube it up and did it the same as the other pipe with 2 sizes.
